ITD’s group of experts attended a workshop on The Secrets of Good Presentations conducted by Vesna Petričevič, a communications expert and author of Business Communication and Leadership.

The ability to communicate well is one of the most important factors in business. You could be the best designer in the world, but if you’re unable to communicate with clients and promote your services, your potential is limited.

ITD’s group of experts attended a workshop on ‘The Secrets of Good Presentations’ conducted by Vesna Petričevič, a communications expert and author of Business Communication and Leadership. Petričevič shared tools to communicate more effectively with colleagues and clients, thus making communication more impactful, persuasive and confident. We covered the basics of public speaking, emphasising general principles such as volume, eye contact, avoiding distracting gestures, effective use of notes, pacing and organisation. Success in getting your point across can be the difference between sealing a deal and missing out on a potential opportunity.
