With over 6 years of experience in project management in the cultural sector, especially in NGOs focusing on new media arts and speculative design, Mateja developed a passion for designing stories and experiences across multiple platforms. In her current role as Transmedia Producer at the Institute for Transmedia Design, she enjoys crafting immersive narratives and effective strategies to ensure their long-term success. She’s a part of the team working on the Disco School project, awarded with a Special mention by the Croatian Design Association, and the project Twisted Tales, named to the Official Shortlist in the 13th Annual Lovie Awards (2023). Mateja is driven by the constant pursuit of innovation and creating resonant experiences for diverse audiences.
